ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.2618 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation has been completed and police report has been filed in this case before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai and it has been taken on file in C.C.No.516 of 2024. In this police report, the petitioner has been arrayed as A2.

3. The entire submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is based on the allegations made in the FIR. Now that stage has crossed and the police report has been filed. Therefore, the petitioner has 2/4

to necessarily see if the police have collected necessary materials in order to make the petitioner undergo the trial. Hence, the petitioner has to necessarily challenge the police report if he is aggrieved. Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed in this petition.
