Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner and complete the survey, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Undertaking of the learned Additional Government Pleader is taken on record. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
