2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the peace committee meeting was convened yesterday and it has been agreed to open the temple and accordingly the temple was also opened. The 2/4
temple festival is to be held on 09.04.2024. The fifth respondent is directed to provide Police protection for the smooth conduct of the event. 3.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
