ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass and to restrain from interfering in the peaceful enjoyment of the property of the petitioner in Natham Survey Number.508/19, Vinayagar Kovil Street, Sivathaiahpuram, Sawyarpuram Village, Thoothukudi District on the basis of the representation dated 25.06.2020 lodged before the 1st respondent through online.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6933 of 2020 dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, the respondent police are harassing the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner came forward to file this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that a petition was received from one Chandrakumar, third respondent herein and the same was treated as petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.109 of 2020. After enquiry, the same was closed on 01.07.2020, advising the parties to approach the civil Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also produced the copy of the closure report for the perusal of this Court.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
