This criminal original petition has been filed seeking the relief to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No. 138 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent. 2.Today, when the petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that in the above referred First Information Report registered in Crime No. 138 of 2018 investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed on 05.02.2020 by the first respondent as "Action Dropped". 3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

4.In view of the same, no further order is necessary. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
