ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to direct the 4th and 5th respondents to implicate the Agents of "Neomax and Group of Companies", who collected money and cheated them as accused in Crime No.03 of 2023 on the file of the 5th respondent, by considering the "List of Names of Agents" and the petitioners representation dated 2/4

14.02.2025 and 04.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 5 would submit that already the persons mentioned in the list, namely, T.Thiyagarajan, D.Rameesh, V.Karthikeyan and V.Thiyagarajan were arrayed as accused in this case. Therefore, the prayer of the petitioners has become infructuous.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioners is to include the particular persons as accused in this case and already they were arrayed as accused in this case, nothing survives for further adjudication. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
