In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondent to sanction the educational loan to the petitioner as per the expenditure certificate issued by the college.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent bank submitted that the education loan has already been sanctioned to the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
