Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate legal action as against the 7th respondent for the act of demolish the Government construction buildings namely, Bus stand passenger's shed, Government Radio room and Government Television room situated at Muthalur Village, Sathankulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District without any proper permission from the authorities in the light of the proceedings of the 4th respondent in A4/1593/2022 dated 22.12.2022 within a stipulated period as framed by this Court.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 produced a copy of the letter of the second respondent dated 24.12.2022. From the said letter, it is seen that the petitioner had earlier given a complaint dated 28.11.2022 and the same has already been disposed of. Therefore, there is no cause of action for filing this Writ Petition.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
