RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.1443 of 2020 dated 31/01/2020 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.BANUPRASATH, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. He would also submit that substantial portion of the investigation is completed.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
