This Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C to call for the records pertaining to the impugned charge sheet in Spl. S.C.No.49/2018 pending on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC ST Act Sivagangai and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.K.Bharathi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor 1/3

for the respondents four and five this Court made the following order:

The petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time for returning the compensation amount to the District Adi Dravidar Welfare Officer, Sivagangai in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5803 of 2022, dated 05.04.2022. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 4 and 5.

3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 05.04.2022, made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5803 of 2022, is extended till 28.04.2022, failing which, the petition stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
