This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth and fifth respondents to implicate Manikandan, the Regional Head and the company Astroneo Properties Pvt Ltd, No.76/1/4, Ramamoorthy Salai, Allampatti to GH Road, Virudhunagar as accused in Crime No.03 of 2023 on the file of the 5th respondent police by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2025. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that they already received the list of the agents and the investigation is still pending in this case and that the respondent police have already included 164 accused persons including the companies and its agents and other individuals.

3.In view of the arguments placed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), it is appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction to the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 06.02.2025.

4.Accordingly, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 06.02.2025 on merits and in accordance with law. With the said direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
