This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.57 of 2017, dated 27.04.2017 pending investigation on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.5 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli.
