PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent Police to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate in connection with an Online Acknowledgement Receipt in CAR 21186670, dated 06.12.2021 registered as "Document Missing". ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent Police to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate in connection with an Online Acknowledgement Receipt in CAR 21186670 dated 06.12.2021 registered as "Document Missing".
2. The petitioner owned property by way of partition deed, dated 15.05.2000, registered vide Document No.813/2000. The original Partition Deed was missing in the Kadachanendal Bus stop, Madurai, while the petitioner stopped his two wheeler for drinking water. In this regard, he lodged a complaint on 06.12.2021 before the second respondent. On receipt of the same, he was issued CSR Receipt as 'document missing'.
3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to make a public notice and produce before the second respondent. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to issue a NonTraceable Certificate for following the order issued by the Superior Officer, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that the second respondent would ensure that the first petitioner has not deposited the original partition deed for any other purpose. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
