PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.1 to 3 to reimburse the transaction charges (Merchant Discount Rate) deducted from the petitioner's daughter in the school run by first respondent Society at the time of payment of the Term Fees and to bear the transaction charges (Merchant Discount Rate) at the time of payment of term fees in the light of the proceedings of the Respondent No.4 issued by Central Board of Secondary Education in Letter No.CBSE/RO(M)/AS/PG/2018 dated 03.05.2018 within the time period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the Respondent No.1 to 3 to reimburse the transaction charges (Merchant Discount Rate) deducted from the petitioner's daughter in the school run by first respondent Society at the time of payment of the Term Fees and to bear the transaction charges (Merchant Discount Rate) at the time of payment of term fees in the light of the proceedings of the Respondent No.4 issued by Central Board of Secondary Education in Letter No.CBSE/RO(M)/AS/PG/2018 dated 03.05.2018 within the time period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
2. It is reported by both sides before this Court that the compromise has been entered between the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent and the copy of the compromise memo signed by the parties dated 16.09.2020 has been filed before the Registry.
3. In the light of the compromise entered between the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not-pressing the relief as sought for in this writ petition.
4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the fifth 2/3
