ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the 7th respondent for the purpose of cancelling the appointment of the 7th respondent as Junior Assistant in the sixth respondent School.
2.The seventh respondent was appointed as Junior Assistant in Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Higher Secondary School, during the year 2015 on compassionate ground. The writ petitioner is none other than the brother of the seventh respondent. The writ petitioner submitted a complaint to the respondent Nos.1 to 5 by stating that his signature was forged in the No Objection Certificate and by producing bogus certificate, the seventh respondent secured appointment into the Government service on compassionate ground.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 5 states that the writ petitioner admittedly was appointed on compassionate ground. However, the verification of the certificates are yet to be done. In view of the complaint given by the writ petitioner with an allegation that the seventh respondent submitted bogus certificate and secured employment. The respondent Nos.1 to 5 are directed to conduct an enquiry and find out the genuinity of the certificates produced by the seventh respondent and accordingly institute all further action in the manner known to law.
4.With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. The respondent Nos. 1 to 5 are directed to complete the exercise within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
