Seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report, in Crime No.246 of 2015, on the file of the third respondent, under Sections 147, 148, 447, 427 and 506(ii) I.P.C., r/w 3(1)(x) and 3(i)(xv) of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this criminal original petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that the respondent Police has conducted enquiry, in Crime No.246 of 2015, and filed the closure report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

31.10.2015.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law and the respondent Police is directed to serve R.C.S., notice to the petitioner.
