RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition(b) imposed in the above Anticipatory Bail in Crl.O.P.No 6339 of 2020 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and thus render Justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.A.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the order passed by this Court, dated 18.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 6339 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that earlier this Court by an order dated 18.06.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a condition to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- each, totally Rs.20,000/- by way of Demand Draft in favour of the Dean, Ramanathapuram Medical College Hospital, Ramanathapuram District on or before 30.06.2020.

3. On perusal of records, this Court finds no reason to modify the order.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed and the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- each, totally Rs.20,000/- by way of Demand Draft in favour of the Dean, Ramanathapuram Medical College Hospital, Ramanathapuram District , within a period of Two weeks, from today. sd/- 13/07/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
