Respondent PRAYER:- This petition has been filed under Secton 528 of BNSS, 2023 to relax the condition No.6(b), that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, till the conclusion of the investigation until further orders, which was imposed by this Court in the order dated 16.12.2025 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23146 of 2025. ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition No.6(b), that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, till the conclusion of the investigation until further orders, which was imposed by this Court in the order dated 16.12.2025 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 23146 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. Further, the investigation is pending.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for the past four weeks, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23146 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in 2/4

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23146 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.'' 12.03.2026 sbn To 1.The Inspector of Police, Pavoorchatram Police Station, Tenkasi.
