Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleaders appearing for the respondents.

This Writ Petition has been filed, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2020 and to forbear the 3rd and 4th respondents from demolishing the weekly/daily market, Tisaiyanvilai, Tirunelveli District till making arrangements to establish temporary market and also to have a shop reservation to the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that there is no proposal for demolishing any of the existing construction until the new market is ready.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
