This Petition coming for hearing on this day and upon perusing the grounds of petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.GOKULRAJ, Advocate for the Petition and MR.S.DHAYALAN, Standing Counsel for the Respondents 1 to 4 and MR.D.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the 5th Respondent and this court made the following order:
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board made a submission that the writ petitioner himself has submitted a letter to the Chief Engineer, Tuticorin Thermal Power Station on 07.01.2019 stating that he is withdrawing the writ petition and further stated that he was promoted to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer, Tuticorin Thermal Power Station. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that he has not received any instructions from his client. In view of the duel stand taken by the writ petitioner one before the Chief Engineer and another by not informing the fact to the learned counsel appearing on his behalf in the High Court, under these circumstances, the Chief Engineer, Tuticorin Thermal Power Station is directed to inform the writ petitioner Mr.D.
Nalladurai Charles to be present before this Court along with letter given by him and with the files tomorrow on 28..08.2019 at 10.30a.m., The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board is directed to inform this order to the Chief Engineer, Tuticorin Thermal Power Station over phone and ensure the presence of the writ petitioner before this Court on 28.08.2019 at 10.30 a.m., with the permission of the Chief Engineer. 3.Post the matter on 28.08.2019 at 10.30 a.m.
