To extend the time in order dated 20.02.2026 made in C.R.P.(MD) No. 482 of 2026 on the file of this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed seeking for extension of time to comply with the directions issued by this Court in CRP.(MD).No.482 of 2026 dated 20.02.2026, wherein this Court directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.10,50,000/- on or before 06.03.2026, failing which, the order passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal will stand automatically restored.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a sum of Rs.10,50,000/- was paid on 10.03.2026 which is subsequent to the time fixed by this Court on 06.03.2026.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent confirmed the above fact.

4. Since there was only a delay of hardly four days, we are inclined to condone the delay considering the fact that the amount of Rs.10,50,000/- has been paid by the petitioner towards the loan account.

5. In the light of the above development, it is left open to the Debt Recovery Tribunal to proceed further with S.A.(MD).No.910 of 2025 and pass final orders as was directed by this Court.
