2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner sent complaint to the Chief Minister's cell and the same was forwarded to the respondent police and the respondent police appeared for enquiry and after giving statement, he has filed this petition and the respondent has not harssed the petitioner.
