This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 17.10.2016.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner a case has been registered in Crime No.743 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 406, 441, 465, 468 and 441 I.P.C. 4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
