Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20806 of 2018 on 23.11.2018. 2.This Court while granting anticipatory to the petitioner on 23.11.2018 had directed him to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.45,000/- to the credit of District Minerals and Foundation Trust, since there are 3 units of sand involved in this case. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that A2 and A3 were released on bail by order dated 27.11.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20997 of 2018 and in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.
20978 of 2018 respectively, on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- each. Hence, both of them have deposited a sum of Rs.30,000/- totally and come out on bail. Therefore, as far as this petitioner is concerned, this petitioner has to pay only Rs.15,000/- instead of Rs.45,000/-, since the sand involved in this case is only 3 units.

sum of Rs.15,000/- instead of Rs.45,000/- to the credit of District Minerals and Foundation Trust. Other conditions are remains unchanged. Time for execution of sureties is also extended for a period of 15 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
