ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K.Sivabalan, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. S.Chandrasekar, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order: This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.5381 of 2020, dated 19.05.2020.

2.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court has already granted six weeks time to the petitioners to surrender before the jurisdictional Special Court. Now he requests further time to surrender before the Jurisidictional Special Court.

4.Considering the current situation, the time for surrender before the jurisdictional Special Court already granted is extended by two weeks from today. This petition is ordered accordingly.
