The present writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus directing the respondents to furnish the particulars as sought for by the petitioner in her application dated 18.09.2014. 2.According to the petitioner, she has made an application before the concerned Information Authority who has refused. Therefore, she has preferred an appeal. After the statutory period, the appeal was dismissed. Thereafter, she preferred a second appeal before the concerned authority. Since no orders have been passed so far, the petitioner has submitted a representation before the respondents on 31.12.2014 and the same was also pending consideration. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed for the aforementioned relief.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
