PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent No.1 to strictly instruct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 23.06.2017 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to instruct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under guise of enquiry based on his representation, dated 23.06.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 2 and 3 frequently called the petitioner and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy and several complaints have been registered against him. He further submitted that the petitioner is also suspected to be involved in the murder of his own grandmother. In the said circumstances, the respondent police is required to call for enquiry in connection with the complaints pending against the petitioner.
