Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to pass an order promoting the petitioner as Head Master Elementary School and post him in the available vacancy at Sambavar Vadakarai Melur Government Elementary School, Senkottai, Tirunelveli District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 3.7.15.

ORDER
The prayer in the Writ Petition is a Writ of Mandamus praying to direct the 1st respondent to pass an order promoting the petitioner as Head Master Elementary School and post him in the available vacancy at Sambavar Vadakarai Melur Government Elementary School, Senkottai, Tirunelveli District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 3.7.15. 2.Mr.V.Muruganandham, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3.The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 03.07.2015 is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue involved, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.07.2015, if not already disposed of, and pass appropriate orders on the same and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
