It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.10.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that the respondent has not received any complaint from the petitioner so far.
4. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to give a fresh complaint to the respondent within a period of one week and on such receipt of the same, the respondent shall conduct the enquiry as per law.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
