This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner and her son Akbar Ali under the guise of enquiry by considering her representation dated 06.11.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.215 of 2016 and the petitioner was called only for enquiry and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
