O R D E R

A case was registered under Section 174 of IPC on the complaint of the petitioner, who is the mother of the deceased. Subsequently, the Revenue Divisional Officer conducted an enquiry, in which it was found that there was no dowry harassment.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The respondents police submitted that they have sent the viscera of the deceased for chemical analysis. Therefore, a reasonable time may be granted to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Cr.No.95 of 2016.

4. Considering the fact that the respondents have shown some progress, a reasonable time would ensure a fair enquiry. Therefore, the respondents are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.95 of 2016, within a period of six months https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
