This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.02.2020 pending on the file of the second respondent to any other competent officer other than the second respondent.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint preferred by the petitioner, the second respondent, after due enquiry, registered a case in crime No.1412 of 2020 for the offence under Section 420 IPC on his file. According to him the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
