The present application has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioners on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2026.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police brought to the notice of this Court that an FIR has been registered as against petitioner in Crime No.41 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent Police and in conection with the said FIR, the petitioner is being enquired into.

3.In view of the above said facts, the second respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
