O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the respondents to register a case, based on her complaint, dated 28.12.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner sent the complaint, dated 28.12.2015, to the respondent Police by post. On reading of the said complaint, it is seen that the dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party is essentially civil in nature. Further, it is seen that the alleged incident is said to have been taken place on 12.12.2015, but the complaint has been sent to the respondent Police only on 28.12.2015. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register a case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. Sd/- Assistant Registrar /True copy/ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sub Assistant Registrar
