RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend time to comply the order dated 15.06.2020 made in Crl.O.P. (M.D) No. 6264 of 2020 and to pass such further or other orders as this Honorable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.RAJESH SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.CHANDRA SEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.6264 of 2020 dated 15.06.2020.

CRL MP(MD) No.3473 of 2020 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 15.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6264 of 2020 is extended till 30.07.2020.
