PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of declaration declaring the alleged Peace Committee meeting held by the third respondent in proceedings dated 12.01.2015 at the office of third respondent and the impugned agreement entered into between Perumal Murugan and respondents 4 to 12 as illegal and void.
