ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register FIR based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 21.10.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the respondent police has closed the petition.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the closure report to the complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
