O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.224 of 2016 from the file of the 2nd respondent to any other police station, which is under the control of the 1st respondent for conducting an impartial investigation.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that after conducting investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.12 of 2017.

3.In view of the above, there is no question of change of investigation in Crime No.224 of 2016. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
