The present application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. After enquiry, it was closed on 28.02.2026 and therefore, the petitioner would not be called upon for any further enquiry.
