ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. According to the petitioner the Map prepared by the Corporation is erroneous. The petitioner has given representation to the first respondent for correcting the same. But no representation was given to the second respondent. As and when it is received, the same will be looked into by the second respondent and appropriate order shall be passed within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
