3.According to the petitioner, she is working as a Secondary Grade Teacher and she acquired M.A Degree in the year 2010 and B.Ed Degree in the year 2014. As per the order of this Court in W.P(MD) No.8659 of 2019, dated 10.04.2019, the second respondent approved the sanction of incentive increments to the petitioner from 01.06.2014. However, the incentive increments were disbursed by the second respondent only from 04.08.2016 instead of 01.06.2014. Hence, the petitioner sent representations, dated 31.10.2020, 30.01.2021 and 18.03.2021 to the respondents 1 to 3 for disbursement of arrears of incentive increments for M.A and B.Ed Degrees from 01.06.2014 to 03.08.2016. So far, the respondents have not considered the same. Hence, the petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition. 4.
