2.According to the petitioner, due to matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and her husband, she lodged a complaint before the respondent police. Though the respondent police has assigned CSR No.75/2025, thereafter, not conducted any enquiry. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint was forwarded to the Social Welfare Officer to conduct enquiry and the enquiry is pending in CSR No.75/2025. However, they will conduct enquiry and dispose the same within a period of one week. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court directs the respondent police to send a letter to the concerned Social Welfare Officer to conduct enquiry and file a report immediately, thereafter, conclude the enquiry in CSR No.75/2025 within a period of one week in accordance with law.
