ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent police not to interfere into the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry and interfered in the civil dispute.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner. He would further submit that the respondents Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner nor interfered in the civil dispute.

5.In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, there is no scope for harassment and interference in the civil dispute. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
