To Suspend the sentence and conviction passed by the Sessions Case No. 24 of 2024 dated 14.02.2025 on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, FTMC, Karur and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of the sentence imposed in the judgment made in Sessions Case No.24 of 2024 dated 14.02.2025 on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, FTMC, Karur and to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. We find that the petitioner had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.12171 of 2025 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 22.01.2026.

4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.

5. Considering the fact that the accused person is inside the jail, Registry is directed to make the paper book ready and include this appeal for final hearing in the advance list.
