This Writ petition is filed to direct the respondent nos.3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 17.06.2020 and to forbear the respondent nos. 3 and 4 from demolishing the weekly/daily market, Tisaiyanvilai, Tirunelveli District till making arrangements to establish temporary market and also to have a shop reservation to the petitioner.
2. Mr. C.M.Mari Chellaiah Prabhu, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
