ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry except through due process of law.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the third respondent is married to the son of petitioners 1 and 2 and later, he developed some illicit intimacy with a woman, for which the third respondent has given a complaint. Based upon which, the enquiry was undertaken before the enquiry officer. Based upon the undertaking given by Kumar, the complaint was closed on 15.04.2021.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), nothing survives for further adjudication, since after the closing of the complaint, the question of harassment does not arise.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
