This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.1 to strictly instruct the respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioner by considering his representation dated 12.06.2017 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the basis of enquiry, the petitioner is harassed by the second respondent. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 12.06.2017.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), on instructions submitted that after enquiry the case against the petitioner was closed on 07.06.2017 itself.
