ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.412 of 2015, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent conducted the petition enquiry and closed as 'mistake of fact' on 08.07.2015. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner filed a copy application before the concerned Magistrate Court, the said application was returned on the ground that no final report is filed.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) handed over the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy of the closure report dated 08.07.2015 to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
