ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The only relief sought for by the petitioner is implementation of the order dated 09.11.2023 passed by the District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai. The fourth respondent shall verify if this order has been put to challenge or stayed. If there is no legal impediment, the District Revenue Officer's order shall be enforced and entered in the revenue records. This exercise shall be carried out by the fourth respondent after proper enquiry within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
