O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the representation dated 12.01.2016.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that on the complaint dated 12.01.2016, given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.51 of 2016 before the 2nd respondent police.

3. It is seen that the complaint has been sent by post. Allegation of the petitioner is that his tenant is unnecessarily causing trouble to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner and intimidating him.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, no positive direction can be given for police protection. However, the respondent police is directed to enquire into the complaint in CSR No.51 of 2016 and take action in accordance with law.
